Since all I really do is brush my hair, I always had a bunch of brushes. One of the only two I now own is the one my grandmother on my mom's side gave me when I was a pimpled pre-teen. She's a ninja at finding the most unique and interesting gifts not found any old place, and this brush is no exception.
The painted face on the back head has extended eye, nose, and mouth pieces for a 3D effect to bring out a personality in the item. The brush part itself is a standard, rounded-tip bristle oval, excellent in detangling hair and raking my scalp just so. It makes me feel a bit girly knowing I keep a brush just because it's cute, but come on - how many people can say they have a FACE on their brush?

Notice the glitter bits above the eyes? Just enough to sparkle when I brush my hair in the mirror. |
If any of you lovelies know who the maker of this brush is I'll credit them, but it's been years since I've received this and my grandmother can't remember where she got it from (most likely a magazine that went out of business is my guess). If there was a tag or markings on it from the designer/manufacturer, it's been long gone.
What kind of brushes do you use on your hair? Do you have any unique bathroom items? Let me know in the comments!
